1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using SkillForage, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Bookings and payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refund eligibility depends on the class's cancellation policy, set by the host. See our Cancellations & Refunds page for the full tiers. A refund covers your full payment (class price, service fee, and tax) at whatever percentage the tier allows. If a host cancels a session, all booked students are refunded automatically in full.

4. Host responsibilities

Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their class listings, ensuring a safe environment, and honoring confirmed bookings. SkillForage is not liable for the quality or safety of individual classes.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not use SkillForage for unlawful purposes, post false or misleading information, or harass other users or hosts.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
