Templates
Copy-and-adapt starting points for the documents every host needs. Fill in the brackets, cut what does not fit, and use them.
These are the working documents that help a class run smoothly: the run-of-show that keeps you from losing your place, the materials checklist that prevents the mid-class "we're out of..." moment, the welcome script that takes the pressure off opening remarks, the pricing worksheet that turns vague math into a real number, and the feedback form that produces responses you can actually use.
None of these are finished documents. They are starting points. Every bracket is a place where your craft, your space, and your guests belong. Cut anything that does not fit. Add anything that your specific class requires.
Run each template at least once before you trust it. They will need adjustment.
